I got to test out the chair at DWR in Manhattan, which after failed fully online furniture purchases elsewhere during the pandemic was a real treat. Customer service there was great and shipping was on time. The Eames chair is well made and a great nursery rocker for a small NYC apartment. Very sturdy and firm, but still comfortable. Highly recommend!
