Service and shipping were exemplary. I did ask the service rep about cool light vs. warm light. I realize now that his response, that the bulbs can be dimmed, didn't really address the question. The light is a little cold. But Dutton Brown is a very good company, and I would buy light fixtures from them again.

Shipping took longer than expected; it showed a 1-2 week lead time at time of order and on my order confirmation and arrived 5 weeks or so later. It was over the holidays so extra time is understandable, i just wish there was communication around it so I wasn't left guessing when it would arrive.

The process was great - products could use a little more attention to detail.
