Shipping took longer than expected; it showed a 1-2 week lead time at time of order and on my order confirmation and arrived 5 weeks or so later. It was over the holidays so extra time is understandable, i just wish there was communication around it so I wasn't left guessing when it would arrive.

The process was great - products could use a little more attention to detail.

I was pleased with the ease of the order placement. However it was a process receiving the order due to FEDEX delivery services. I had to reach out to Dutton Brown for their assistance; even so I had to chase down my shipment (3) FedEx locations before my order was found. I have requested they send my next order via UPS.

Fast customer service and shipping. High return costs are prohibitive.

1. at this price this should be a handmade master pice. I don't want to get screws that look like some leftover from a different sidekick project. i wanted a white artifact, i am expecting a white screw to finish the artifact . yes, you have multiple color selection , but mine is white and also my screw should be . god is in the small details. 2. if you lack confidence in your paint color, don't put stickers on it . i don't want to peel the warning sticker and get paint peels. 3. wrap looks fantastic!! feels like Christmas , Love ti
