The team for this mattress company are absolutely amazing. Their 24 hour service team is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of my questions. Help me to figure out what is the best mattress for me. My mattress came within a couple of days. What I was really impressed with is that I loved this mattress so much that I referred my mom to get one because she was looking for a new mattress. They accidentally sent her the wrong mattress and they immediately corrected it and sent her out the correct mattress. Most match was place were require you to figure out a way to get it shipped back to them and go through all of these hoops for a mistake that they made, but they didn’t ask any of that. They took care of everything. I’ve had the best sleep of my life on this mattress and I would definitely recommend this company because of the mattress quality for the price and their Customer Service team.
