The DTY Store’s customer care department is fantastic.
I ordered a stool from the DTY Store and through no fault of their own (I could tell that the parts to the stool had been boxed up some time ago), one part of it arrived with the kind of damage that wood sustains while sitting on a shelf over an extended period of time. Anyway, I contacted the DTY Store’s customer care department and worked with an employee named Freeman. Freeman understood my problem and sent out a replacement part to me very quickly. When it arrived, we put the stool together with no problem at all and it looks great. I would definitely do business with this store again. Thanks, Freeman. You’re great at your job.
