I recently ordered 4 Creede Swivel Bar stools from the DTY store. They arrived at my door within an amazing 48 hours of ordering. There was some damage to some of the seats. I sent an email and a photo to customer service. They responded immediately and sent out new seats. Amazing customer service. I would purchase from this company again

I ordered some barstools via Wayfair but the assembly instructions came with contact info for DTYStore for any issues during assembly. One of the stools appeared to be missing a threaded insert on one of the legs, which wouldn’t allow the bolt to tighten. I submitted an email to customer service along with a photo, and within a day, a replacement leg had been shipped. In a matter of a few days, the replacement was received and the barstool was able to be fully assembled properly. Appreciate the quick support and friendly service.

These bar stools deserve a five star plus rating. They are built solid, easy to assemble, and added beauty to the great room. The photo shows from right to left; a black leather seat, bone leather seat and a beige fabric seat. The beige worked the best with our decor. They came with some of the best customer service I have ever worked with.
