Dream Decking

Purchased the decking using the online calculator I don't have enough material particularly not joists when installed at 300 mm. , I don't have any instructions for the installation of the joists. The decking joist screws purchased are at least 4 times as long as the composite joist is thick so unless you have a hammer drill and are fixing them to a concrete slab not sure how your supposed to use but then there are no instructions. Online installation guide displays a 404 page not found ***www.dreamdecking.co***/composite-decking/installation-guide. Super annoying..,,,

Worst company iv ever dealt with. No delivery,No communication no refund looks like iv lost my money as I can’t get hold of anyone

Honestly, probably the worst shopping experience I’ve had. Both customer care and the distributors you use are terrible. Happy with the decking
