Dream Decking

Delivery time delays should be in your APP when order is placed. As in my case you took the order and the payment and then let me know about an almost two month delivery. Other than that I am very pleased with the product although I did have some breakages that had to be replaced

Decking was bought in one sale yet 10 boards are lighter in colour , not happy at all . I will email dream decking and update review when I get a response that I’m happy with

Missed delivery first time then took a long time to get re sent

The delivery service let the otherwise good service down. Part of the consignment was missing at the first attempt, at the second the driver did not know what he was supposed to be delivering. No such thing as a manifest?

All items arrived as scheduled. Started laying out the pedestal which are great for fine adjustments but was sent 12 less than ordered but they made up for this by sending 92 to many of the top hats which carry the frame work…not sure who’s counting in the goods out at the main depot but I think he’s has too many fingers! The holding clips which pin and work as a gap guide are terrible, the concept is great but the screws easily push through them if not careful, these are integral to the fit out so should be better quality. Overall once the decking was completed I was happy with the results, just a shame that a few minor points let the project down.
