Dream Decking

The product was great but it was let down by the delivery. The delivery driver didn't have the equipment to get the pallet off the lorry so I had to unload the lorry myself by hand. Not what I'd expect when paying a lot for delivery.

Decking looks great ,however some decks different in colour, but acceptable, biggest issue id delivery time , 2 weeks plus yet I was told every Wednesday is a delivery, and my orders were just too late. really, this on 3 occasions. each time with a £50 delivery charge. . . ooops my fault i suppose

Delivery was two weeks late. The wagon had no offload facility so we had to handball 68 packs off, in the dark as the vehicle had no internal lights. The pallet had burst open leaving the product loose to rattle around when travelling, resulting in several damaged packs which I had to Quality Control before fitting. In total there were twelve damaged lengths which I had to plan my cutting around. Three of the seven angle trims were damaged. The wrong screws were delivered with the fixing brackets so I had to go out and source Torx bits. In total we've probably lost half a day for two men (£200) so far, and I will have to return to site after the angle trims are replaced.

Not the same length as the width of the decking boards used, so had to cut and fit for best results!

Delivery time delays should be in your APP when order is placed. As in my case you took the order and the payment and then let me know about an almost two month delivery. Other than that I am very pleased with the product although I did have some breakages that had to be replaced
