The complete system is great and very easy to use

At first I was upset that the product was out of stock and instead of the promised 10 days I had to wait a whole month, but this was not part of my plans. Then, after communicating with the team, I was very pleased with the customer service, which professionally resolved the problem and I received my product on time. I would like to recommend improving the order system so that when a buyer calls, each employee can help find out what stage the order is at, and not be tied to only one of the employees, whom you need to know by name (otherwise it is difficult to find out about your order). I would like to note that the delivery was excellent, the driver was responsible and friendly. The product looks great, is easy to install, and we are happy with the quality. Thanks
