I ordered refrigerator water filters from you twice. You collected the money twice but I never received any filters from either order. Then out of the blue you sent me caps? What the heck are they for? I threw them away. I went to Amazon got 3 filters for $25 and I received them the next day. You're a ripoff company and I'll never shop with you again.
