Poor packaging and Tier 1 products are not as good as Electrolux

ordering with the website was OK but never received filter although delivery company claimed to have delivered it.

I’ve been buying my fridge filters here for years. No prob until this last order. The Tier 1 filter no longer fit. It had 2 O rings instead of 1, and the opening was about 1/2 the diameter when compared to the one that’s in there now. It wouldn’t screw all the way in. They reimbursed me quickly after calling for assistance. But no replacement available. So disappointing. I loved you guys! 1 star for this time around, 5 stars for before. Avg: 3 stars!

I asked for WF-287 but received RWF1060 which does not work in my GE refrig. I have been trying to call about a return with no luck.

I have not opened the box yet.
