its been a nightmare since day one with the railing kit and now just trying to return the lighting I ordered its been weeks since I sent it back and still no refund yet. takes 4-5 emails for crystal to respond.

After purchasing a product to only find out it is made different and did not match up to the same brand product as purchased in smaller quanities at a different retailer i attempted to reutrn only to have to pay return shiping at a cost of $55 , in all losing money because company failed to disclose this on ther site and when ordering. i will never order from this company again. When i called they knew right away about this issue and still was not able to help with cost.
