After planning our deck improvement with Home Depot...we found they had no one familiar with the Feeney cable railing. Making it worse was the broker Home Depot gets the components from cares nothing about the end customer. The worst (there were many) was the failure to send $4500 of cable hanging fixtures...blaming HD and the customer for losing ...was found on the loading dock of the broker. Thank you Decks Direct for being there to get me the fixtures quickly. Also, no top rails were sent for our Evolutions railing...another save by Decks Direct. Long story short...you are Great!!
