Hi I have been using this device for 2 weeks. I am satisfied with the product however the user manual is not user friendly so dont count on this or Danoz for support. if you like pressure cooking then this device is perfect. I am enjoying using it using my own receipies. It would be more helpful if theres was a video/CD of the user instructions will be than the paper manual and paper receipie book is average again a video /CD will be much more efficient Disappointed with Danoz as I called them when I received the flavour master to query if the pressure valve was meant to be in a loose position and I was unsure if this was normal. left a message with the customer service rep who said danoz will call me back however Danoz never called me back which is a bad sign from a customer perspective. and especially for new users so dont expect much support from danoz and if you are new to pressure cooking . Danoz will encourage you to call their service line but they will not call you back with assistance

I sent an email saying all plastic feet damaged. No response. I would like them replaced so I can use it.

Ordered 3 weeks ago but still havent received my order yet
