I'm still on the fence
I'm still on the fence about this item... at first glace, I really liked the appearance of the sideboard when I was shopping online. Then it was delayed a week, and then after contacting customer service, I was told a shipping label had been "created" so it was too late to request a refund. After it arrived, my husband - who is quite knowledgeable about quality woods - assembled it and found it to be made of lower-end materials. He encouraged me to pursue a return and refund because he doesn't think it will last. I explained I'd have to pay the return fee in order to get a refund, besides the boxes were already broken down. All things being equal, I wish I could go back in time and NOT buy it... hopefully it'll grow on me because I'm kinda stuck with it.
