It's a very average piece.

It's a very average piece. The box came damaged and torn and the side pieces are slightly smashed on the corners. The rattan is not a natural-looking color. It has a yellow tint to it. I'm going to attempt painting over it! It is my first and last time ordering from this company!

I'm still on the fence

I'm still on the fence about this item... at first glace, I really liked the appearance of the sideboard when I was shopping online. Then it was delayed a week, and then after contacting customer service, I was told a shipping label had been "created" so it was too late to request a refund. After it arrived, my husband - who is quite knowledgeable about quality woods - assembled it and found it to be made of lower-end materials. He encouraged me to pursue a return and refund because he doesn't think it will last. I explained I'd have to pay the return fee in order to get a refund, besides the boxes were already broken down. All things being equal, I wish I could go back in time and NOT buy it... hopefully it'll grow on me because I'm kinda stuck with it.
