Stefanie was caring and compassionate when working on a memorial crystal for my beloved, Zivah. I was fairly specific in my requests, and the company got the image down the first try, and then it was very easy to request spacing adjustments for the writing. I am very pleased with the end result, even though I wish I didn't have to order it.
