Customer service is excellent

I couldn't wait for my Waffle Bath Towel Bundle in Light Grey to arrive as I've heard so many wonderful things about these towels! And boy, did they not disappoint! They are so very soft and I love the beautiful waffle texture. The feel reminds me of the terry towels from my youth as they are so soft and absorbent. I immediately displayed the bundle of towels in my bathroom to surprise my family when they came home. As soon as my son saw them he said how nice they looked in the bathroom. And when he used one to dry off after taking a shower he was amazed how fast it dried him off and liked that it was light and not heavy like a lot of towels can be. My husband was also very impressed. I can see why Oprah loves these towels so much! I now want to get a couple more bundles in different colors. I think I found my new favorite towels ever!

I've never had a more comfortable lounge set! Warm but not too warm. It doesn't stretch out at the knees. It does not pill. Cute enough to wear out! Love it!

Cosy Earth has the best towels and sheets!

We have had linen sheets for several years and we were ready for something more soft. We are thrilled with these sheets. So soft, light and comfortable! Will be purchasing a second set soon!
