I have been using the steel in my oven to help keep the temperature even. It works wonderfully. My sourdough breads have really improved!

Does a great job cooking pizza but it is heavy!!! Be careful. Almost too heavy for most home oven racks. Given the differences in cook quality, would op back for larger pizza stone - not as heavy but still does the job.

The steel is great; the service is great. Looks like the price went down after I received it, however.

The pizza steel was shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. I was surprised by how heavy it is. I am looking forward to using but need to season it first.
