The cooking steel works! I have been trying to make pizza's at home and they never turned out right. The dough never cooked completely like those from the resturants. The cooking steel cooks the pizza dough at the higher temps that you cannot get with your oven.

Bought a pizza steel from them. The ordering process is smooth. Everything is as described. The item is very heavy. But the packaging they provide is strong. Very good quality product. All instructions are included. I have been happy with the purchase, and the price seems reasonable.

A shipping delay with USPS was the only problem I had but was told by USPS it was due to the upcoming winter holidays large shipping volume.
