I bought a 2 pack in the fall of last year at Walmart...it was September I think when one of the just wasn't standing up anymore on one side ...didn't have the receipt anymore and didn't know what to do so I reached out to the manufacturer via email. Corresponded with a very kind person name Jordyn who listened to my issue, expressed understanding and empathy , and sent me out a new one right away ..this company knows how to treat customers and by doing so cultivated another faithful, lifetime customer ..I will always by from clevermade....next time directly. I have told so many people about my experience ...very pleased and highly recommend this company and their wonderful staff (family?)
