Customer support is non-existent!

I have been waiting for awhile now to get info on how to return a item and so far have no luck.I have sent a second email to try and get the problem resolved.They said they received my return request but no form or address on how to send the item back for refund

Needed to return a part. Worst experience I have ever had returning a part. Maybe using Amazon would have had a better experience. Good luck all

The part I ordered didn't come close to fitting in your website spun around in circles when I tried to return it.
