I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a supervisor to call me back. Terrible customer service.

Does not fit grill. Unusable.

Terrible service, over 3 weeks to ship something that was in stock, shipping cost was high. Product was not described correctly.

Ordered front hoop side poles w/clear plastic ends (part I on my snow throw cab) - got 2 black poles with silver "fittings" on each end.
