The person I spoke with was nice enough bt I was told the transom strap I needed would not be available until November ! When I asked if I could buy just the male latch he told me you did not sell just the latch. So I ordered an unrelated strap with a latch on it. Then I took it to a tailor to have it cut and a loop sewn into it. This is my second boat cover for this boat. The first one was a gift. I doubt I will be buying another from Classic

Need improvement in tracking packages

Cover was too small. Narrower and shorter than specified Didn’t want it back and had none bigger. CS didn’t care!

I needed to order eight straps getting them delivered was great but charging me an individual shipping cost per strap and then putting all eight of them in one box and charging me eight times that’s just not right

Straps dry-rotted new in package. They are comfortable but don’t last
