Customer service FTW
I'm leaving a 5 star rating for two reasons: 1) they had the item I'd been trying to find for months at a price nearly half of what the next best place was selling it for, and 2) the customer service was absolutely top-notch. There was a bit of a mix up in the first attempted shipment that fell on the carrier; but these folks were prompt, addressed my issue directly, and genuinely seemed like they felt as bummed as I was. The next shipment was easy: item was as described and arrived in flawless condition. I'd shop through CasaGear again simply because of their customer service. (The money I saved was a nice touch, too. )
