We had a great shopping and purchase experience at the Bullfrog Factory store. Very knowledgeable staff and zero pressure sales environment. Delivery team did a great job on the installation and we are absolutely loving our new tub!

My new X7 was delivered on December 6, 2024 and one month later we are convinced we made the right choice. Maintenance has been easier than expected and the quality of the spa is apparent compared to other brands we considered. The X7 was as advertised, a high end spa at a reasonable price.

I love my spa. It's a completely different level than my previous one. I highly recommend!!
