I can't say enough about the wonderful team at the Springville Bullfrog store and the associated customer service. I've received incredible help and the delivery was top-notch. There have been a few hiccups since delivery and they have been addressed quickly and with complete respect and professionalism. I use my hot tub daily and have received wonderful tips on maintaining clean water and filtration. The features of the tub have exceeded my expectations. I would recommend buying a bullfrog hot tub to anyone looking.

We love the design of our spa and all its features. We have really enjoyed working with our local Bullfrog store staff--they made sure we knew who to contact for installation and electrical preparation, they loaded us up with supplies, and made sure we were comfortable with all the maintenance procedures.

Love our new s150. Beautiful craftsmanship. A little tight for the swim but swimming against a current takes a little patience and practice. Really enjoy the jets and overall layout and comfort level. Very happy to have our Bull Frog swim spa.
