Great so far

This is the best hot tub that we have owned. We are completely satisfied with the hot tub and it's quality. Our only issue is with the installers from Dolphin pool. Three techs showed up. One seemed to know what he was doing. The others were questionable. One I assume was a trainee, to which I cam forgive his mistakes. The other was constantly complaining and had excuses for the the assembly of the stairs. I could have done it in an hour. they were here for 5+ hours. The one guy who knew what he was doing had to partially reassemble the stairs. Also, when placing the hot tub on our patio, they dropped it. The quality of the hot tub speaks for itself. there were no leaks.

Replaced our spa. Very happy with the delivery and everyone that works at Bullfrog Spa. The guys that delivered the spa went through the whole system and how it works! Customer service is always accommodating! Thank you Bullfrog Spa’s!
