Bullfrog Spas

I like it, but wish I had received a full lesson on the workings once it as up and running. Still not sure on this and that! Also cannot find what some things say on going in the booklet.

Our spa is pretty much maintenance free as advertised. After five weeks we changed out our smartchlor cartridge and that’s it.

I have now had my A5L for just over a month now and it has made a very lovely paperweight in my backyard. I can not yet speak to the functionality of it as I am still waiting on the electrician to install the required 220V hookup the spa requires. The cover has been very effective at repelling rain thus far and is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. I look forward to eventually being able to turn my Bullfrog Spa on and getting into it for the first time…hopefully before Winter sets in.

From purchase to delivery our experience couldn’t have been any better. Our salesman Johnny was knowledgeable and helpful in every step of the way. The two delivery men Zane and Cody did a great job setting up the tub. neat, tidy and attention to detail were a plus. They went over all the specifics of owning a tub to maintenance. We had lots of questions for them and they had all the answers and explained them all in detail. One exterior light was missing and Johnny the salesman was bringing it to the house the next day to install it. We couldn’t be happier with the product, sales and installation. Thanks again

A terrific hot tub. We recommend one to our friends last night. They are going to investigate where the 220 is located. I like the jet packs and the massage I get from them!!
