I am a loyal customer. My recent purchase of 2 gals of your refill product was over $160 . When purchased the product, according to your web site any order over $137 would receive free shipping. I called in to customer service to get the problem resolved. The agent told me he would give the problem to your team. I have not received a response. I would not rate you very high at the moment??

Saybyebug is a lifesaver for us. Our sons home was invested with bed bugs. We have been using the exterminating liquid and we’ve only seen one live one since starting this home remedy treatment.
