I am so glad that I found your product. It works like a charm. Now when I find a bed bug there are only one or 2. Eventually they'll quit producing!

The shipping for the King size mattress encasement was quick. It is a nice size and not too thick of material. When I took it out of the box, unfortunately it had a hole in the plastic which really wasn’t a big deal because I could wash it to remove the dirt spot. There are no instructions on how to put the encasement on the mattress which would help future customers to know which side of the encasement goes on the mattress. In trying to put on the encasement, it was a little tight because my mattress is thick but it he encasement went on. As I was nearly at the end of putting the encasement on, it ripped on each side (not big rips) and as I zipped up the encasement, the zipper came off. I contacted customer service and they were wonderful! This is a nice encasement! Just be very gentle in putting it on. The way the my bed is situated in my room, I am not able to stand my mattress up easily so had to put the encasement on while my mattress was lying down.

I was successful in eradicating the bed bugs from my home. It took about 6 months. I've been bug free for about 6 months now. Now I continue to purchase the product for my Mother. She lives in an apartment building, so I fear she will never be totally rid if them. Using the product, has helped. They're definitely not as bad. I'm still careful, when at her place about were I set things down and double check anything I bring home from her place so far, so good

It works well, just wonder how long the spray lasts if you spray it on something to kill them if they appear. When I see them I will spray and they either won't move or more slowly, then I spray again. Am pleased with the results. Just want to be done with them. thank you.
