Say Bye Bugs

On the 23of June ordered a gallon of bug spray and it was supposedly shipped on the 26 of June here it is the 11 of July and i still do not have my Product yet.When i put my tracking number in to track it all I get is the label is on. I have called your customer service and all I get from is the it takes 3 to9 days to receive your product. And no one will let me talk to a supervisor to get this situation cleared up.Maybe you people can clear this up . I would like my product delivered. Or phone from a person in charge not and order person. My phone number is 1/352/988/4863
