Rose tree for grieving widow
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered a yellow dwarf rose tree for my neighbor who lost her husband to a 7 month battle of ALS. When received she called me to come over and see it. She was unhappy with it since it came in a beat up box and showed me that the tree was extremely dry and many many leaves fell off upon opening. Many flowers also dried up and fell off . It appeared to have gone to seed which takes 6 months according to her as well as we spotted some diseased leaves. BUT THATS NOT THE WORST!!!! I tried numerous times to contact the company by email and phone. I submitted a claim as they asked for online with pictures. I never received a response. I then called again about 3 more times and there was a recording they were closed due to inclimate weather. At my wit’s end and very embarrassed (to my neighbor) I decided to contact the credit card company. They were great. They said they were going to investigate and get back to me. I thought I would have to reproduce all the communication that I sent on the internet but they too must have experienced issues in communicating with them because after only a few days I received an email from the credit card company returning all of my money. This has been extremely disappointing considering the reason the tree was purchased in the first place. This was the second time I ordered from them as a memory tree for a lost one. My other friend didn’t tell me if her’s arrived in the same condition but you can be sure I’ll NEVER order from this company (Brighter Blooms) again!! Hope you won’t either!!!!
