i had one tree looked healthy, and two that didnt. should have longer than 30 day warranty

I don't know if the packagers are experienced enough to make sure the merchandise are in good condition. It is frustrating to find out that the merchandise are in bad shape when I receive them. My suggestion is that maybe it is okay to pack them that way if that is how they were told to do. But make sure to include a "NOTE" on the box saying, DO NOT PUT THE BOX IN STANDING POSITION.....This way, both the merchandise will be in good condition. If you pack two plants inside one box facing each other and then put the box in standing position, both plants will be severely damage. The dirt is all over the place, the branches are being crack and oh, you don't feel like looking at them. So sorry to say but I learned a lesson. Wish I got a camera so I can show what I'm talking about. If there's no "NOTE" place on the box, I believe you can not file a complaint to whoever pick up the merchandise. Shippers should always make note.

I paid $100 for 2 Hibiscus trees from this company, and they arrived full of aphids. It has taken me two months to finally get rid of them. I feel they should inspect their product before they ship. They were however fair on their compensation for this issue.

I ordered a 4-5 foot dogwood; what shipped was a 2 ft dogwood, which never grew. I had even bought the extra planting supplement, and followed the instructions carefully. Nary a leaf, no sign of growth for 3 months. We finally gave up and tossed the dead stick.

I receiver my blackberry plants with one being broken just above the roots. It dididnt stand a chance to survive. I reported it and it’s replacement was received shortly. I had all 3 plants in partial shade/ partial sun. Within 30 days they were all dead. They must not like the Florida sun and heat.
