My two gardenia trees from this website died, so sad, called the custom service, not sure what to expect. The lady on the phone told me the kind I bought sold out and then hesitate for a second, promised to replace with a different kind of Gardenia trees (retail price higher than what I had). I appreciates her very much but mealtime doubted it would be true. But they really shipped me two more trees with flowers on them, even though that was the only time I saw the beautiful flowered on them, at least, they are surviving very well, so far so good, keep growing leaves. Thank you, Brightblooms!

It was well received and packaged securely in a box. I followed the care instructions and 2 months later it is doing well and thriving. Looking forward to watching it bloom in the Spring. I definitely recommend Brighter Blooms. I will be doing business with them again here real soon.
