The plants arrived perfectly healthy and very well prepared and packed for shipping. The plants were larger than I thought and have taken to their new home very well.

All three fruits trees arrived and only the banana tree leaves were all destroyed. I called and they said to trim it back and give it a few weeks .doing that now if it doesn't come back they will replace it. Good communication. The avacado tree and the lemon are both beautiful. Very happy with my purchase and looking forward to a great fruit production.

Jessica helped me get the best return amount on a tree I had lost. She has kind and helpful. I also had a tree from Nature Hills and they were rude and only got me a plant for part of my return amount... so I lost about $15. After Jessica helped me I decided I would never go back to Nature Hills.
