Very disappointed - the bundle of balloons came and were all tangled together. I was told the "1" and the "0" should be on separate weights so they don't get tangled up so I ordered it that way and an additional 10 latex balloons. I paid for 3 weights. I explained that the 10 balloons needed to be loosely together as they would be individually floating on the ceiling. We picked them up and they were all entangled and it was impossible for them to be separated so basically it was a bundle of balloons which is the opposite of what I wanted. The balloons turned out to be more of a nuisance than anything and I was very disappointed.

It’s been more than 2 weeks since my order was placed and shipped. It never arrived and our daughter’s party has passed. Thanks?….

I ordered the petite menorah 53430 order. Unfortunately, it arrived broken.

I have loved Bonjour Fete and recommended the store to all my friends and family. I planned a birthday party for my daughter’s first birthday and ordered balloons from the store (using my store reward points as well as cash). We had to cancel her party the evening before because she became extremely sick. We had ordered about $20 or $30 worth of balloons from BF. I asked them if they would give me store credit for the balloons (that had already been blown up). They said no since they already used the helium. Of course I understand that you cannot resell the helium or the balloons but it doesn’t make a ton of sense to lose a customer over inventory that really does not cost that much (I think it was 2 balloons and helium). I know how much helium costs and how much those balloons cost. I’ve been shopping there instead of buying things online because I want to support local businesses but I’ll never go back.

No one will contact me back and my item arrived damaged.
