The product was exactly what it should be. Purchased a commercial grade juicer for my restaurant and it is very strong and sturdy. Juices nicely and easy to clean for my staff. There is almost no setting up, just had to put a few compartments together and it was ready to go. Only advice I can offer for improvement is that I believe that their tracking numbers dont work. It is my second purchase from this company and both times I didn't know my goods were shipped. They just arrived at my restaurant and I never received a tracking number. I'm not too concerned because I have received my goods both times and my restaurant is always open during business hours but this might be inconvenient for someone else who isnt at home to receive the goods

I bought the k18 hair mask and it makes hair washing very simple. I use this serum instead of a conditioner and it leaves my hair alot more manageable. To my surprise, I only needed to use 2 pumps. A little goes a long way so I imagine this bottle will last a few months. black swallow had the cheapest prices for this product it was around $10 less compared to other places.
