The fire was delivered promptly and is easy to assemble. Bit of a learning curve to adjust flame height but all works well The fire gives out more heat than expected - warms the whole downstairs.

Absolutely love my new fire, it not only looks great but really warms the room up. I also got the scent blazing wood which smells just like a wood burning fire. Highly recommended! I want another one for my snug room next!

I was concerned that the flame was small, i phoned the showroom who were very helpful and informative. I think because i was used to a log fire in the past, i expected this to be the same. It is lovely to hear the “ plopping” sound of the flame and was surprised at the heat given. We are unable to have a flue fitted, so this is the best we can have. I love the look of the fireplace, sets off our living area and has become a centre of attraction. Thank you Biofires.
