Great fireplaces! Really warm atmosphere and REAL fire!

We ordered a bio fire. The website was easy to use. We were contacted promptly by the customer services for delivery who were very helpful. The product was well packaged & arrived quickly. The only thing we would have liked would have been how to order the ceramic logs but this was minor.

The fire is great and looks wonderful... so pleased and are considering purchasing another when we renovate our living room... would highly recommend bio fires and their team were amazing when we had a delivery query.

Ordered 2 very pleased with design of fires they look great in my victorian fire places. Great customer service delivered within few days or order. Burn time is not great 2 hours if you have fully open for best effect and warmth.
