Thanks for checking up on the installation of my Big Berkey. I feel that if I had any issues you would have been there to support me. I have been telling everyone to look into getting on for their home.

Purchasing this system was easy, no issues that needed to be resolved.

We love our new Berkey filter! The water is smooth and delicious. Very grateful to have quality water at home. Only downside is we had to remove the 2 extra white filters, because we couldn't get much water to filter into the bottom compartment with the travel size. We hope to upgrade to a bigger size in the future.
