I ordered the BioBidet Bliss 2000 March 5, 2021 in the middle of the Pandemic it was shipped from CRYSTAL LAKE, IL to Nova Scotia, Canada. Even with the exchange on the money between the US and Can. I found it best to ship it from the manufacturer. It arrived by post on March 30th. The instructions were included for installation but we found the video posted on YouTube actually was the best explanation and he very discretely showed how to operate it. It worked great but be sure to set the temp warmed to 1 or 2 bars before trying the first time.....just saying! It fit perfectly on our new Optum Vormax toilet.
