I purchased this for my wife. I knew I would never use it. I knew I had to give it a shot to make sure it functioned properly and to set temps. I was wrong. I used it one time and I was sold. I use very little tp, now, and I get clean. Now I would never be without it.

BidetPLUS was excellent. It was no hassle to return the Brondell 1400, make sure it’s a bidet you can return, not all will be returnable. They sent my Bio Bidet 2000, which I love. I’d do business with BidetPLUS again.
