I knew nothing about bidets, but had done a lot of reading before choosing a model. Once that was done, I needed to decide who to buy from. I absolutely was impressed with the bidetPlus website. It was written in an easy to understand manner, while I felt like it was speaking directly to me. It was very information and helped me to finalize my decision. Only issue....my product was cheaper somewhere else online. I called BP and asked them if they would match the price of a competitor and they said yes! After reading their website and talking to their representatives on the phone, I knew this is the company I should buy from. Eventually, all things mechanical have an issue. While it may be difficult to come to the decision to spend so much money on a bidet, let me point out that this is a very nice product. It works as advertised, I use almost no toilet paper, it’s quiet, has a night light, the controls allow flexibility, and it is so very pleasant to use.
