We are still getting acclimated to our bidet, but it seems to have everything, and everything seems to work. We ordered it with the 3" riser which was necessary for my husband to be able to transfer from his wheelchair. It seems like maybe the fan angle is a bit off, but I haven't explored yet if there's a way to adjust. Also, I wish the startup instructions said, "push the back wash button, then push the off button. then push the fan button and then again push the off button. I know this may sound obvious, but we took days to completely get it.

The arthritis in my hands and fingers brought me to the realization that I would benefit. I am impressed with product and effectiveness. Sorry that I waited so long before doing the research/purchase.
