Customer service was great. I needed to exchange my bidet for a different type that fit and customer service worked with me and did everything I asked of them. There's nothing better I can say about them.

Ordered BB1000 for my mom a little over nine years ago. She loves it. A few years ago the Seat cracked (think someone put pressure on it) but I taped it for her with heavy duty white tape. That worked for a bit. Recently there was an issue with the water not spraying. I called customer service. They were very helpful. Offered several options but I decided to order her a new one so she wouldn’t have to do without for any amount of time. Received rather quickly. Glad she has a new one.
