First time customer of bed in a box and I have give everyone involved with my mattress purchase a double thumbs up. We were in so need of a new mattress we were actually sleeping on our recliners. The mattress is comfy and the firmness is great. The online purchase and the delivery was flawless. I recommend anyone to at least try one out for the price you won’t be disappointed. The Bundle instructions could be reviewed and improved with better clarity, better pictures, larger fonts, layout and printing.
