I have been looking at this quilt (size double, colour "rust") for months, debating to purchase. We have had a cool summer in Scotland and its recently felt more autumnal so I decided to purchase. It is really generously sized and hangs down low over the sides of the bed (which I prefer). It is beautifully soft and cosy, and has a nice weight to it without being too heavy or hot. It's been perfect alone with the cooler windy nights, and I can see it being more than sufficient with my duvet this winter. I have actually slept a lot better since putting this on my bed, and it' made it harder to get up in the morning! The only downside for me is the colour is a bit more brown-toned than I expected though, and I would prefer a more cool pink-orange tone. I do have the rust linen bedding set and it matches that set. My cat has also given it his stamp of approval, and has chosen my bed and this quilt as his new permanent nap place, even trying to displace me! It is definitely worth it, and I am looking forward to purchasing the matching quilted pillow covers and square pillows next for ultimate cosy vibes!
