We are all human, business or not.
I am not one that write bad reviews on businesses but when that business means serving the needs of human beings, I think it should be handle with love and care. My child is asthmatic so after reading good reviews I placed an order for this product which also comes with a $10 gift card. I received the product, I followed all guideline I worked for 10 sec then went off and ever since when turn on you see the light then it goes off. I reach out to the company's support team over 2 weeks ago as of this day I am writing this, but I was told due to the unprecedented circumstances they can't accept returns and they're working on if I should get me a replacement. Oh! Did I talk about the $10 gift card?! Well they send you an e-code to claim the gift card but that code never worked.
