I was so mad when I opened one of my boxes from Ireland I was lost for words. Ninety %of the contents were smashed to smithereens. Unrecognizable. I took photos but knew nothing would be done. All telephone and on-line service was prompt and helpful. Our trunk of personal items arrived safely at our door.
