I used Baggage Hub to move from Barcelona to the UK. The collection was fine. The only thing that I was surprised about was that kitchen knives are on the "forbidden items" list which doesn't really make sense to me if you move your household. We didn't use the two weeks storage of our boxes as originally planned and are still waiting on the corrected invoice from that.
